Hi everyone,
I am looking for an address management solution that integrates well with MaxBulk Mailer (i.e.: MaxBulkMailer should be able to import addresses from some sort of database). Essentially, I am looking for an alternative to the Mac addressbook "groups" that works with MaxBulkMailer:
- one database including ALL my contacts
- each address can be added to one or several groups - abiliy for MaxBulkMailer to import these groups individually
The mailings I send out are of regional interest. Currently, I have several mailing lists based on geographical criteria. When clients have sites in more than one region their contact details are included in all the relevant regional lists.
For each mailing, a different combination of lists is chosen. I usually send out mailings simultaneously to several lists, depending on the areas/regions I need to cover. Luckily, MaxBulkMailer automatically eliminates duplicates across the lists, so each client just gets one email.
And now it happens:
One contact address at one of my clients changes. I need to update my lists. Individually. All of them, because I usually dont remember which lists exactly I have put them in. It would be so much more convenient if I could add/change/remove contact details in one spot and have all my mailing lists updated at once.
Any ideas anyone?

PS: I know that the Mac OS X addressbook works exactly this way. And it integrates very well with MaxBulkMailer! However, I need my addressbook for other purposes. I just dont want it filled with several hundreds of email addresses, all synced to my iPhone via MobileMe...
