lm.php => error 404 : not found

Hi everybody

MLM script installed correctly on my server (HostPapa) directly from MaxBulk Mailer.
The path is /public_html/script/lm/
The URL is : http://www.sothisconseil.org/script/lm/lm.php

I checked the files are in the right place via cPanel but I can't open the lm.php neither from my web browser nor from the "statistics" button (error 404 : not found)

I wonder if it's a HostPapa lock (the permissions are 777 for both "script" and "lm" folders and 644 for the lm.php file, which I can turn to 777 too but still error 404).

Any idea ? :roll:

This is not a permission error but a file not found error. Your server says there is no 'lm.php' file inside the 'lm' folder.

OK, but the file IS on the server : /public_html/script/lm/lm.php

I double checked that point with the cPanel file manager and my FTP client (FileZilla)...

So I wonder what could prevent from accessing that file :cry:

I don't know. You will have to contact your server support. It is the server that returns that error, not sure why.

There are several reasons for this error. But, I think this is because of an unconfigured MIME type in the IIS server for php file type. It is better to call your hosting support and tell them to do so.
