List won't upload to MLM

First my list disappeared from MLM, however it remained on my File Manager. When I tried to upload it again, I got this error message: No recipients have been uploaded to the remote list 'Canada - Travel'. Check your list and try again.

It tells me to make sure that I have fields withs name, surname and e-mail, which I do.

This is the first time it happens to me...

Have you tried to upload the list using the lm/html/upload_list.php file on your server? Does it also fail?

Yes, I have tried this but it won't work. Also, every time I try to add a contact to an existing list and upload it to MLM, the whole list just disappears from MLM (though, the list stays in lm/uploads).

It's very frustrating...

Have you contacted your server support? I guess your PHP parser is set in a way it prevents the data to be uploaded to your site.
