Linking existing HTML page...

I have tried linking the URL of an existing page, where I know the images are located, along with the CSS styles, etc. MaxBulk Mailer sends the mail blast and links to the proper location, but the images do not show up in many people's messages. Looks fine in my browser, looks fine in the preview. Any way to make sure all images are loaded correctly when viewed by recipients?
