It would be interesting to diagnose your message. You can use that site: http://www.mail-tester.com. They generate an e-mail address you have to send your message to. You can then see your spam score.

There other sites like https://glockapps.com/spam-testing/
or https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=email+spam+tester&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Note that you are not alone fighting to get your messages delivered. Maxprog store for example, sends serials to purchaser, we had great problems with some servers including Gmail. I don't use MaxBulk Mailer but PHP Mail() function. I have added SPF and DMARC records to the maxprog.com domain DNS server. I also use DKIM. I have added maxprog.com at https://postmaster.google.com/ to monitor Gmail delivery,..etc... I am still receiving some messages from customers not getting the messages :-/ ... but much less than before.

The problem started in may when we started to use the Paddle store, I had to resend almost all messages to customers with Gmail addresses. Then I switched back to PayPal but the problem continued. It was not a problem with switching stores but a problem with Gmail system. Something has changed for sure.

For your information:

What is an SPF Record: https://www.pair.com/support/kb/what-is-an-spf/
What is DMARC: https://sendgrid.com/blog/what-is-dmarc/
DKIM records: https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/215029758-What-are-DKIM-records-
and https://www.clickz.com/why-not-having-dmarc-can-still-hurt-your-deliverability/97406/

I will very likely write a blog entry about that quite soon since I ran thru the problem and I got it partially fixed. I will also work on adding DKIM support to MaxBulk Mailer as I did with the code that sends serial fro our site.
