Killing the followup email after Unsubscribe?

After a recipient unsubscribes and has a web page automatically come up to confirm that, I'm concerned that another email is sent to them saying they have unsubscribed. How do I kill that email from being sent.

You will have to edit the code, the message is indeed sent. The message confirms the address has been unsubscribed. I believe that message is important and should not be removed.
