I think the lm URL you have in MaxBulk Mailer is wrong. It should be http://www.independentliving.co.uk/lm/lm.php.

Right! How can I change that? I have looked in the maxbulk mailer preferences, and it shows the right URL there

I may have caused this problem when I tried using the automatic installation for MLM this morning… It didn't work, so I installed the files manually in the correct place using FTP.

MaxBulk Mailer takes the link from the preferences. Try to delete what you get there and rewrite it.
