Is there an email address to subscribe to a MLM list?

Is there a way for someone to subscribe to an MLM list by sending an email to a particular email address?

ie: [email protected]

I don't mind a complex email address…

No there isn't. To do that MLM would have to intercept emails... not easy. Instead of that MLM uses a subscription form.
