Is Max Bulk Mailer compatible with SMTPprovider.com?

And what are any update instructions on how to set it up in the settings? Also does their unsubcribed html code works properly when cut and past in the text? Please advise.

MaxBulk Mailer works with any SMTP server, just try the demo to make sure but you should not have any problem. Settings depend on your mail server. Usually the settings are the same as the one you are already using with your other mail software.
