So I installed through FTP. But on MaxBulk Mailer, I don't see the list I uploaded and in the Statistics, nothing shows.

What did I do wrong??

But it's not connecting.

I have been able to subscribe myself to list1 on your server. Do you see my address when you select 'Remote Lists' in MaxBulk Mailer and then check 'list1'?

Yes, but I am unable to see it in MaxBulk Mailer. How do I download the list to MaxBulk Mailer?

I think that's why I'm unable to see the live statistics right? Because it's not connecting properly?

In the MaxBulk Mailer preferences you have to use http://www.autodealerreputation.com/lm/lm.php for the MLM URL. Then go to the 'Recipients' panel and select 'Remote Lists' from the list pull-down menu.

OK great. Thank you for the info. I see it now. However, I sent a test and it doesn't show in the statistics that the email was sent. Do you know why?

Also, what unsubscribe link do I have to put on the email?

Did you send a Styled Text or HTML message? Opening tracking doesn't work with plain text messages.

To put an unsubscribe link just use insert the [Unsubscribe] tag.

Yes, so it must be another problem. If I click on the Statistics button, I still don't see any reports.

On the statistics window do you check the proper Delivery on the left list?

Yes, I did. Here are screenshots of different ones selected. There is no data. Any other thoughts why it's not working?

I don't see you are checking any delivery. All checkboxes are unchecked.
