Include RSS Feed in eMail

Hi,
I would like to include the 5 newest articles of an RSS feed in my regular emails.

How can I import these articles?

I suppose by copying and pasting? The rendered content of course. Not the code.

Thanks, thats how I am doing it right now.

But the idea was to mail an update to all customers with an update of the most recent articles of two different feeds. And this part of the mail should update itself 'automagically'. A little bit like google's feedburner but initiated by me.
