in transection > transection type

Hi

if i want to add 'Social Security' to the transection I know what I choose in [Origin accout] and [Target account].

but I don't know what type i must choose in [transection type ]

I receive salary from bank saving account. that has cut-off 'social security' already

I guess it is like a tax. You could add that selecting 'Edit' from this menu or select 'Undefined' or perhaps 'Charge'.

'Sale' is handy when you have sold/invoiced somebody.

original acc: Liabilities | Credit Cards | Amex
target acc: wedding ring



but at the end of month when I make a payment for that credit card
I don't know what i choose...

transection type: ?

target acc: ?


if i choose this.. is it ok?

Why don't you create as many transactions as you have in that monthly statement and then group them? I know it is more work but in a few years you will be able to recover more detailed information.

I use iCash myself. One of the reason why I use it is for locating a specific transaction years later.

You could use 'Transfer' since you transfer money between two accounts.
