Suggestions to improve audit.
I like iCash system very well. If one programs all the facilities it offers, maintaining your accounts is a pleasure. But it could improve. How?
After doing the accounts, say every month, one has to check the balance with the bank statements etc. If equal, its fine. If not, how to find the difference. Making reports is the best option and compare them with the bank statements. But the lay-out of the reports is awkward on screen as in print: the text and the sums are to far apart to check the amounts properly.
I suggest the following: The first column of the report should be the amount, the following column, direct after should be the text and at the end of the line the percentage column. Reading and checking in this way is far more easier to do.
