Importing email addresses into MaxBulk Mailer?

Hi, I'd like to be able to import email addresses from the Address Book on my Mac, or vCards, into MaxBulk Mailer. Can I automatically generate a new List from my Address Book contacts? How can I do this?

Current MaxBulk Mailer lets you import Mac OS X Address Book very easily. Just press the Import button on the Toolbar and select the 'From Address Book' menu. You just have to select the group or 'all' and press the Import button. Note that as an alternative you can also drag and drop entries from the Address Book to MaxBulk Recipient list.
