Importing addresses from Thunderbird

Hi, I've used the search function and read the FAQs but can't seem to find an answer to my problem. I'm also NOT a techie, so would prefer replies in layman's terms :)

Because the data fields are set out differently, I can't import my various address books from Thunderbird to MaxBulk Mailer SE using csv. Is there any way I can change the order of the fields in MB Mailer to reflect the order of the fields in Thunderbird? I transferred one (very important) address book containing 50 or so addresses manually (ie typing in each recipient individually) but I really don't have the time to do 4 other databases averaging 350 addresses each.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Yes I read it.

The thing is that having changed the settings to reflect the order of the fields generated by Thunderbird and clicked "OK" no changes are actually made! The fields shown are still the exact same fields as before and in the same order as before, so I can't import one into the other!

Can you send me a screenshot of your import window just before clicking on the import button?
