Import emails have strikethrough and can not be activated

I have a strange problem here. When I import my email addresses into Maxbulk I am getting a strike through on the email addresses and I can not activate them. I was able to import 5200 emails into another email but for some reason my wholesale list will not import. Any answers would be appreciated.

I figured it out. Duh.
Blacklisted addresses appear in red with a different icon so you can easily tell them apart. To remove an address from the Blacklist you just have to go to the Blacklist, select the address(es), click on the delete button '-' and then on the 'Save' button.
