I'm Getting this Error #64 Only on latest Version

I've just installed the latest Version (8.3) and when I send out the email I get this error: Error #64: The URL is not valid.

But when I send out the same email on my older version (8.0) is goes out find.

Any suggestions?

As I stated, it works fine with my older version but not my new version.

I changed nothing related to that in the new version. The changes are listed here.

I have tried http://www.rcl82.ca/elections.htm here and it just works as expected.

I know the link is fine, the problem is that the newest version of MaxBulk Mailer doesn't send out the link, but the older version does.
