iCloud is timing out

I have a app specific password for MaxBulk pro, but it seems that iCloud is timing out on me. Any ideas how to fix it?

Try to following settings: maxprog.com/site/support/us/maxbulkmailer/how-to-send-bulk-email-with-icloud.php
Especially the SSL setting, you have to set it to TLSv1.2Exp.
