how do i extract emails from these urls. what are the steps

Web Dumper is not really a tool to extract emails from sites but it can do it. Just activate the email extraction from the preferences. You can also deactivate all the file you don't need from the second panel.

No requirement anyway we are creating a new software just to do that and it will be much easier to use.
