I get error #103 in the delivery

Hi,
Always I get a problem (#error 103) connection with my smtp server, which wokrs fine. Always try to connect to all ports without exit.
The smtp server is: emailing.protecta.net

The maxprog don't works in my lan: in my laptop and other one.
I tried the same maxprog software (8.4.4) in the neighbor and it works well and quickly.

I re-install maxprog on my laptop and intall it by the first time in other laptop, both in the same lan. Also I used the id of the server. Nothing.

Have you any idea?

Hi,

Since it's working fine on other networks but not your own, my guess is your router is causing the problem. Maybe try opening ports 25, 465 and 587 and see if that fixes it.
