I am at a loss to understand setup

I contacted my host provider and asked for information on my outgoing server name, port and authentication requirement. I'm able to send out my own bulk emails from my Mac Mail program using the settings but not with MaxBulk. The little blue candy-strip thing just spins and spins. How and where do I go to get some help with this?

12 hours later and still no assistance provided. Is MaxBulk a scam???

Ok, so obviously I'm not going to get any assistance from the makers of this program. Now I seek a refund. I will contact my credit card company and direct them to issue a charge-back for this product. There is no use paying for a product if it isn't going to work and I am unable to obtain any kind of assistance.
