Hi,
In the Message editor, stylized text mode.
I used the hyperlink manager to insert a link.
The link text and the URL are the same, http://sp24conf.com
In the Message window, after adding it shows the familiar <<http://sp24conf.com>> address scheme.
However, in the Preview window, it shows the same <<http://sp24conf.com>>
This appears to indicate that the email will be sent with the extra <<>>, is that the case?
For urls where the text is different than the URL in URL manager, they preview normally.
Example if I add a URL in URL manager that has the text of SP24 and the url of http://sp24conf.com, then in the Message Window, I see <<SP24>> but in the preview I see SP24 (as a hyperlink, without the <<>>)
Just wondering if this is a bug, known behavior, etc...
Also I read that stylized text converts to HTML - does the conversion auto link any found URLS? If so then I probably can just bypass the Edit->Insert Hyperlink process for these and just type in the full url.
Thanks!
