how to save and see a split transaction

Good evening! I have iCash version 7.4.1 - RU and I am trying to split the transaction and see the result of it. But I can't. I do everything but may be not everything:) I hit "transaction" on the top panel - hit "split" - add e.g. 2 transactions with all details - hit "ok" - the window is closed and that's it. Where should I see them or check them? How should I save this split? If I go to query or report - it doesn't show me anything. What do I do wrong? Kindly assist. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I entered all details that time and today as well. But today I could see that the transaction became highlighted after I entered all details. Somehow it is fixed (probably after I restarted the computer:) Now I can see this split in the main table of transaction but not everything looks correct. I tried many different ways and every time I had this or that minor problem with entering and saving the data in the splitting window (it looked like not working properly). Also I did the "Tools" - "Check up and correction" but still the same result. Finally I have entered 2 separate transactions and GROUP(ed) them. It looks much better now and no mistakes and all data is there. I have just started using you program for the first month for our family business. And of course have other questions as well - but I will write about them in the other topics. Thank you and see you soon. :)
