How to resume delivery on a crash

I was sending roughly 50,000 emails.
I stopped and restarted after 1,000 (worked fine).
After 25,000, the app crashed.
I received a Delivery Report in my email (attached).
But when I reopen the file, the delivery tab only shows the restart after 1,000 (not the 25,000).
This folder does not exist on my Mac:
Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/Maxprog\MaxBulk Mailer\Connection Logs

Question:
My email confirms the 25,000 stop, but MaxBulk is not recognizing it. I'm only seeing 1,000 sent. Is there any way to recover which 25,000 emails were sent? Are they sent in any order so that I can send the remaining list?

MaxBulk Mailer has a crash recovery system, when you reopen the document that crashed MaxBulk Mailer asks you if you want to resume the delivery. Do you mean you did not get that notification?

Correct.

(a) Is any log stored on my computer with a list of emails sent?
(b) Or are emails sent in any particular order so I could guesstimate where to resume?

I was trying to stop the send because it wasn't working, so possibly it didn't 'crash' -- but I had to make it 'Force-Quit' on my Mac. Either way I'd like to resume sending.
