How to import from Apple Mail?

I am trying to import from apple mail and it will ask me to type the name of the mailbox;however, when I type the name (ex. Gmail) under the inbox, it says the mailbox does not exist. Thanks

MaxBulk Mailer ask you to type a folder actually. This folder has to be a root folder, not a folder inside another folder.

but how do you create a "root folder"?

Sorry to wake up this old post... but how do you create a "root folder"? Is it by creating it at the "disk" level ?

In Apple Mail or Entourage a root folder is a folder not enclosed in another folder, inside the application.
