How to dredge from Apple Mail

I am trying to dredge from my Apple Mail. I clicked the "dredge" icon, selected "from Apple Mail" and typed "Inbox" (which is where all of my bounces are located).

When I clicked ok, the small window closed and i was taken back to the Settings screen. Nothing happened.

What am I doing wrong?

Create a folder at root level, move your bounces to it and repeat the sane steps but using this folder name.

Hi Can you pls advise further re your post. How do I create a mailbox at root level. Very basic question though when I try to dredge from my apple mailbox it asks me to input a mailbox name. How do I get this? Sorry!!

Press the '+' button below the mailbox list and select 'New Mailbox'. Make sure you create it at root level, not inside another folder/mailbox. Then copy your bounces to it. Once done use that folder name when selecting the Import from Apple Mail menu.
