How to convert saved emails into vertical column excelformat

So frustrated right now. Just purchased this.

Can someone please tell me how to convert the "text" format saved email files into a excel sheet, where the emails are being saved in the column vertically? It is only saving the text information in each column horizontally, and I can't use the format like this.

Please help.

To convert a '.txt' file into an excel file just change that extension to '.xls' and then double-click the file. The format used is the same you see on screen. You can also use the original file format, this is a an export setting, 'Original Data'.
