How do I use Vietnamese language in Max Bulk Mailer

Hi,

I am trying to send an email campaign using the Vietnamese language. The tonal marks are not rendering correctly.

I read on the forum about xx.lproj language files but don't see one for Vietnamese (vn.lproj)

Is there a work around?

What format and character encoding should I use?
