How do I import an HTML newsletter template

All the posts I can find on this topic are years old, is there somewhere I can learn how to do this, please.
I'm using MBM 8.4.7 on a Mac running OSX10.9.2

I don't want to create new topic, so i will ask in this one. Could i work with MaxBulk Mailer with MS word newsletter templates ? I downloaded some of them from http://www.nl.poweredtemplate.com/brochure-templates/newsletters/free/index.html but thay are not in HTML format. Any advice ? Maybe i could convert it to HTML?

It has to be HTML indeed so anybody receiving your message will be able to see it.
