I need to extract names along with the email addresses and have no idea how to do this.

I am using Mac Mail OS 10.9 and wanted to simply extract the names as well as the email addresses.

Simply highlight all messages in the mailbox you want to scan (Apple+A), choose dropdown "SAVE AS" ----> "raw message source" ...... and voila!
