Hot Spots

I've created a html file in Dreamweaver with hotspots over certain items. When I import the coding into the MaxBulk Mailer and send a test the hotspots path views on the bottom as: Go to file:///private/var/folders/TL/TLSY......
Which shows me the hotspot is there just not able to click on it and go to the certain website I specified.

Anybody out there able to help me make a hotspot work from Dreamweaver in MaxBulk Mailer?
