Help - Uploading restrictions and server limits.

Again as some people using MaxBulker cannot upload a big list (4000 address with the proper tab). Manager can only uplod around 989.

I have tried everything forum says and all 3 ways. What can i do about the server limits if it is server's problem?

This method doesn't work for uploading my lists. Never did. So why to use the settings button anyway?

Is these settings ok from my server?
