Help Newbie Here - Can't Connect

I am using v8.4.7
I am hosted by smarterasp.net
I have tried every setting and cannot get program to send one single email
the isp says it is not n issue with their servers :-(
frustrated...please help

i had my web host enter the SPF record and 2 DomainKey/DKIM files that turboSMTP needed, is there a chance that maybe it hasn't taken affect yet?

I went on chat with turboSMTP tech support, and everything is working correctly on their end, he even sent test emails out from my account and they were sent correctly.

He mentioned that it had to be a MaxBulk Mailer configuration maybe, but i have it configured exactly the way they say and yet still nothing.... :-(

I just don't understand how my email client Outlook can have no problems sending an email out with the credentials supplied but yet a program that is designed specifically for sending emails can't ????

I really NEED for someone to call me from this company..... I spent some money on this thing and for it not to work is bad enough, but for you not to have online chat for tech support or even a phone number is ridiculous really.... I NEED to get this thing going REAL soon or else I will need my money back and I will find another software that can do it....

MaxBulk Mailer 8.4.7 has been reverted to previous 8.4.6 on our server until we can fix this problem. I believe I also told the same by email.
