Help. Getting error 10060

My Maxbulk was working fine until today now it gives me a 10060 error. I googled it and looks like my IP is blocking port 25 so I followed the directions for using a new port but it doesn't work. I am using my emails from my website with godaddy hosting. I tried all the suggested ports after stmpout.secureserver.net but none of them seem to work.
Any ideas?

I guess you mean 'smtpout.secureserver.net' and not 'stmpout.secureserver.net', right?

Try 'smtpout.secureserver.net:2525'
