Hanging on "Disconnected from POP3 Server"...?

Trying to send out a test but it keeps hanging on this for the delivery...any thoughts?:

You have to replace the 'mail.domain.com' example server address with your own server address.

I'm having the same problem except i have changed the server name.

Try: 'mail.sfcn.org:587' for the SMTP server address. You could also try ESMTP for the authentication, rather than POP.
