L lesplan Member Apr 21, 2015 #1 Hello there When I do a spam check on my message, MBM tells me: Group is set to: "All at once" - It is recommended to use a group of 250 or smaller I'm wondering how important this is? Thank you for your time.

stanbusk Administrator Staff member Apr 22, 2015 #2 It is a recommendation actually. Sometimes it is better and you may even be forced to send your message at a slower rate. That way your server will be happy and recipient's servers may not flag your message as a spam.

L lesplan Member Apr 22, 2015 #3 Thanks Stan I'm using the AUTHSMP server / service. Does it make a difference?
stanbusk Administrator Staff member Apr 23, 2015 #4 I use UnifiedEmail and I send all at once to a 200k list...
L lesplan Member Apr 28, 2015 #5 so does it matter if I use 'all at once' if I use AUTHsmpt? I'm still a bit unclear. . . .
stanbusk Administrator Staff member Apr 29, 2015 #6 It depends... the list size, what kind of addresses... lots of hotmail addresses?
