Group is set to: "All at once"

Hello there

When I do a spam check on my message, MBM tells me:

Group is set to: "All at once" - It is recommended to use a group of 250 or smaller

I'm wondering how important this is?

It is a recommendation actually. Sometimes it is better and you may even be forced to send your message at a slower rate. That way your server will be happy and recipient's servers may not flag your message as a spam.

I use UnifiedEmail and I send all at once to a 200k list...

I'm still a bit unclear. . . .

It depends... the list size, what kind of addresses... lots of hotmail addresses?
