Getting a blacklisted error in logs

I'm getting the following error on a number of results. Am I being blacklisted and why should this be? (I have removed my IP address)


554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [MY_IP_ADDRESS] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org; http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=MY_IP_ADDRESS

You are being blacklisted by the spamhaus service. Delisting uses to be automatic but it can take days.
