garballed error message

I just upgraded to 8.0 -- Mac 10.6.5

The error messages on screen are 'clean' but contain a bunch of jibberish when printed.

Any ideas why? This is a new. Please see below -- I tried to upload a pdf file screen shot, but the forum would not let me.

Hi Stan

You asked about how I got this page . . .

After importing, I get an error report and this report looks fine on-screen. But when I go print, what comes out is what I posted.

This part doesn't seem to have changed with the upgrade, but there is some new bug with the printing process.

Printing is new actually. Have you tried to select the 'File > Page Setup' menu?

HI again Stan

You say that 'printing is actually new' but I have been printing this error report for many months now -- and it has always come out clean.

Since the upgrade, all the gobblygook stuff is showing up when the page prints -- but not on the screen which is really weird.

Sorry, I meant the 'Print' button. The error window now has a toolbar and a print button. That button called the 'Print' procedure. The Print code is indeed unchanged and exists since v4 or v5.
