Hi

I have trouble using maxbulk with my smtp server... only with window version.

When I use the mac version, everything work just fine. When I use an other software on windows, everthing work just fine... but when I use maxbulk on windows, logs are saying :

250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 6104D9FC4E
and then wait till time out...

after the 5 attempts, i have a delivery report... and I receive a mail as spam with unknown user, unknown subject, and a malformed mail with the content I was expecting...

here are the logs...

thanks for your help!
I hope it's just something stupid i've missed...

Have you tried to deactivate the part of your antivirus that checks outgoing messages?

This is weird because Windows and Mac versions are identical. It is clear there is something on your system that is causing this. By the way, is it necessary to use SSL?

weird! that's the word!

I think SSL is safer for us.

I've tested a lot of configuration, but our server is working with other mass mail system...

Are there specifics stuff to manage with maxbulk regarding authentification?

Nothing special. Authentication only give you access, or not, to a given server. Anyway I believe using SSL to send bulk email is a bit too much :) SSL is good to send private stuff to private recipients. Bulk email is not really about that and all you get with SSL is a slower connection, slower delivery, more connection drops...etc... that is, more problems.
