File Cant be saved because it is locked or read only error

I seem to be getting an error when i create a new email or modify an existing email. the error states "the file cant be saved because it is locked or read only" Any Ideas. I have full control over the folder and files.

Are your MaxBulk Mailer documents showing a padlock on the right side, below the toolbar?

Ok, no padlock so your problem is a privileges problems. The folder you are using the save the document to has wrong privileges. Have you looked at that folder or have you tried to save to another folder?
