failed import - crossed out recipient list

Hi.

New to the forum!

Each time I try to import e-mail addresses from a text file, they show up greyed out & crossed out in the E-mail Address field. The delivery status shows the address card (or whatever that is) w/ a red circle w/ a white line through it in the upper right corner.

This has never happened to me in the years of using MaxBulk Mailer. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I recommend you to read the following page. What you see are black listed entries.

I don't understand though; I never put any of these names on the blacklist. And I can't figure out how to take them off. What can I do?

To take them off, as explained in the blog entry, select the Black list, select the entries and click on the '-' button. I guess you added entries to the blacklist by accident.
