extracting from Mac address book

I would like to extract the email addresses from my Mac address book. How can I do that? Thanks for your help.

Just use MaxBulk Mailer for that. You just need to drag and drop address book entries to MaxBulk Mailer *or* use MaxBulk Mailer 'Import from the address book' function.
