Many thanks for this article really helpful. I have never used MaxBulk Mailer or any other mailing software before. My other question is... I have 2 columns in my excel spreadsheet email address, and first name... I guess all I need to do is highlight the two columns and then use the instructions on your link. How does it get formatted into the software so that I can send out the same email to all those email addresses, will the software pick up the first name and put it into the email Dear 'Mandy' etc? Thanks!
