Error trying to unsubscribe

Hi,
when I click the Unsubscribe link I get the error message

Error: Email address not found
We're sorry, but the email address has not been found in any of the lists. Check the address and try again. If you think this is an error please contact us at email-address

.

but I can see the email in my list.

and then I get response to my email:

1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1
DELETE LOW_PRIORITY FROM `tbl_mlm_sub` WHERE

Solution?

What MLM version are you using? What MaxBulk Mailer version? Did you select a list before sending?

MLM version: 3.1
MBM version: 8.4.3
Yes, I select list before sending.

Have you tried to log into MLM with your web browser? Can you create a new list without errors?

Yes. Just created a list and no errors. Added new recepients - no error. Checked from MBM and it shows fine.
