That error has always existed but no message window was displayed. The error was displayed in to the connection log. Since it wasn't displayed lots of people did not see it.
This error is not a MaxBulk Mailer error. It is your server that says you have reach an hour or daily limit. MaxBulk Mailer simply detects the error and display it to you.
