Error in document messafe

After many struggles, I got this program to work yesterday. I changed one thing in the document and tested it again today and now when I try to send, all I get is the following error message. Pleasehelp!

How long does it take to get a reply on this?

and are there people on here who actually know the answers to things like this?

You are using a quite old version that had an issue recognizing sent/unsent recipients. Very likely v5.0. You should upgrade to current 5.7.1. It is free.
