Still same error

In the program all my settings are set to factory settings.
My port 25 is open as you can see in the images.

And i am still getting this error:

[01] 2/20 13:56:00 MX <[email protected]> -> [[Error] Impossible to verify this e-mail address. (#-2)]

Weird. Have you tried to lookup the domain with Windows tool? Let me know if you don't know how to do it.

In 'Accessories' you should find 'Command Prompt'. Launch it. Then run the following command:

NSLookup -type=MX konakmedya.com

Please send me the response or a screenshot with the response. That should shed some light about what's going on.

Here is the result. It says something like time out problem.

I entered DNS numbers as: 80.58.61.250 and 80.58.61.254...

This time in the program DNS Server Response says;
G_venilir olmayan yan_t: Sunucu: 250.Red-80-58-61.staticIP.rima-tde.net

konakmedya.com MX preference = 0, mail exchanger = mailmx5.doruk.net.tr
konakmedya.com MX preference = 3, mail exchanger = mailmx6.doruk.net.tr
konakmedya.com MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = mail5.doruk.net.tr
konakmedya.com MX preference = 9, mail exchanger = mailbackup.doruk.net.tr

mailmx5.doruk.net.tr internet address = 212.58.5.234
mailmx6.doruk.net.tr internet address = 212.58.5.235
mail5.doruk.net.tr internet address = 212.58.5.30
mailbackup.doruk.net.tr internet address = 212.58.5.33

and console says;
[01] 2/21 16:33:56 MX <[email protected]> -> [[Error] Impossible to extract information from MX record.]

what is wrong tell me, i bought the program and i cant use it.
