Error codes general help please

Hi guys

Testing the program, I'm getting 2 error messages that I'm hoping someone with some experience can help with.

First one is on sending an email -

'ERROR, there isnt any recipient delivery in current list at this time'

The name is ticked, and highlighted. What's odd is that sometimes it send fine, sometimes it doesnt. Adding a new name and email works, but then the error message hits them too.

Second error is maybe down to me not knowing the limitations of the program. If I want to send a message from an email address, but have the 'sender' show as from a different email account, I assumed I'd be alright to do so.

However, whilst I'm sure this worked initially, I now can't seem to do so without the error message -

'5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender'

Is that right? Am I simply unable to dictate what sender email is shown? If that's the case, it would be odd to give the option under 'sender information' to change it.

Thanks for any help guys, really trying to hammer it and get my head around the program before I recommend it to my client.

Luke

EDIT -

Also would like to add this error message too. Happens randomly, and can't seem to replicate it, but still popping up more consistently then I'd like. Thanks!

About your first problem, make sure there are unsent recipients on your list and that they are checked.

About your second problem, please send me the text you get in the 'Delivery' panel.

So to clarify, when I try to send as another email address (in this case, sending from the email ]'[email protected]' (actually an office 365 account) but as the sender ]'[email protected]' (a google mail based account) it comes back with the error mentioned.

I've tried this with a few email senders, but the same issue. Could it be a limitation of the Office 365 server? We've recently started using it but can servers put a block on sending as a different email address, or would that part of things be handled by MaxBulk Mailer program?

Yes, it looks like a limitation of the Office 365 server. The server responds 'Client does not have permissions to send as this sender'. 'Client' is you and 'Sender' is the 'From' address in MaxBulk Mailer.
