error #103

Hi

I mostly use Window, and after install the trial version I get error #103. I disabled window firewall as well as uninstall avia antivirus but the problem still persist.

I tried on a mac PC and everything works fine. But the matter is that I have to use Window for my work, so can you kindly let me know how to check which hidden software is blocking the connection sent from maxbulk mailer?

what are you doing when you get that error? Can you paste here the text you get in the 'Delivery' panel?
