Error #102 The URL is not valid

Hi,

I've been using the product for a couple of years now. Current version running is 8.5 (Pro). Recently the statistics function stooped working on my Mac iMac running Mac OS X 10.10.3.

The reported message in the client is the subject line Error #102 - The URL is not valid.

But the URL is most certainly valid, if I test it using a web browser I can get into the server at the URL and get the web version of the stats report it's only from the desktop client that I see an error -- so it's not a server error.

Is the URL the full lm.php URL including the heading 'http://'?

Correct -- Rekeying it verbatim (sanitizing my server name):

Error #102 - The URL is not valid

https://my.server.name/lm/lm.php?cmd=ge ... ml&lang=us

That exact same command runs fine through any browser of my choice assuming that I suplly the real password.

What is that URL? The one yo see in the error window, right? It is your server that is sending that error actually. The best would be to ask them. They have access to the HTTP requests and responses.
